Visiting Rara lake

Wow!! Rara Lake’ the biggest lake in the Nepalese Himalayas is a spectacular destination to explore the vibrant beauty of nature at an elevation of 2990m. When the temperature is pleasant, we headed to Rara. When traveling from Kathmandu air transportation is a convenient option to save journey time (Connecting Flight from Nepalgunj, recommend using the early morning flight from KTM-Nepalgunj). A stunning flight experience as you cross the mountain ridges on your way to your destination at Jumla Airport. A delicious lunch awaits you at the Jumla airport with a person who will escort you to Rara lake. We reached our homestay after 3-4 hours of hiking through the woods, capturing and enjoying the scenic beauty of the natural lake. (You may wish to ride a horse and travel to the lake from Jumla which you might be able).
